In particular, I would like to extend my gratitude to the reception manager, Mr. Ahmed Sayed, along with his colleagues Mohammed and the rest of the front office staff. Their dedication to providing excellent service made my visit exceptionally pleasant. They were not only efficient but also went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their efforts reflect positively on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for fostering such a remarkable team. It certainly makes a difference and leaves a lasting impression on your guests.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the attention to detail made our honeymoon stay special and unforgettable. Mr. Ahmed and his colleagues greeted us with the utmost respect and hospitality, making us feel right at home. The unit was specially prepared to match the romantic vibe of our honeymoon, with beautiful touches that created an intimate and cozy atmosphere. The staff also called us daily to ensure all our needs were met and that we were comfortable, making the experience unique and memorable. The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly — especially Mr. Kareem at the restaurant and Mr. Mohamed at the reception. The sea is great for swimming, but there is no sandy beach, only about 10 meters. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the hotel overall is well-maintained and clean. My reservation included only breakfast. The breakfast is decent, but there aren’t many options. I tried the dinner buffet twice, and the food was repetitive and below average. My only advice is to book with breakfast only — skip all inclusive reservations

If you want to eat outside of the hotel in the nearby area ( soho square) you get around 20 % discount if you mention which hotel you are and your room number.
